Reliance Standard is offering Critical Illness Insurance and Accident Insurance with a new effective date of  March 1, 2012.

Synod of the Pacific is giving participating churches and employees a last chance to take a look at these two new group plans being offered under our voluntary benefits program.  Employees can also still apply for Term Life Insurance for this extended period. Please note that a church participating in at least one of the Synod's medical and /or dental benefit plans, with at least one employee enrolled, are eligible to have any of their employees (working at least 20 hours per week) enroll in one, two or all of these plans!

This is the final offering by Reliance this year for the two new plans and requires enough interest from employees in order to implement one, or both, plans.  Please click on the plan name below to see how these two new plans can broaden your health insurance needs and protection for unexpected events in your life.  We also strongly encourage employees to pre-rigister for one of the below webinars for detailed information about the plans.Reliance Standard will again offer Term Life Insurance from $10,000 to $500,000 for employees, spouses and children (See Monthly Rates). Reliance Standard is additionally offering two new group plans: Critical Illness Insurance (See Monthly Rates) and Accident Insurance (See Monthly Rates)! The Synod of the Pacific offers comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance coverage along with many voluntary benefits such as a 125 Flexible Spending Account, and several AFLAC plans, to all of its lay employees who work twenty hours or more per week. There are no physical examinations and no exclusions for pre-existing conditions.

The Synod offers several Anthem Blue Cross and Kaiser medical plans  to choose from: ANTHEM BLUE CROSS -  HMO, PPO, and  a HRA Plan! The PPO and HRA plans are offered to out-of-state residents at the same pricing as California residents this year!  KAISER - HMO and  HRA Plan are offered to California residents; Kaiser is also available in some areas of the Northwest. Each plan includes complete head to toe coverage, a prescription plan and vision benefits; all this, plus competitive pricing.

 

Our Self Insured Dental Plan thru Delta Dental offers extensive benefits and a broad Delta Dental Dentist PPO Network. You may also to choose your own dentist out of network, if you prefer, for lesser benefits. All claims billing is done for you by your dentist’s office.
